Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing empowheratx.com (the "Site") or attending the EmpowHER Festival (the "Event"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Your use of the Site is also subject to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or attend the Event.

2. The Event

The Event is produced by Madewell Productions ("we," "us," "our") and is scheduled for November 8, 2026, from 12PM to 10PM at the Austin Garden at Inn Cahoots on East 6th Street in Austin, Texas. Event details — including dates, times, lineup, programming, and venue — are subject to change. The Event proceeds rain or shine, and programming may shift indoors; material changes will be communicated via the Site and our social channels.

3. Tickets, entry & conduct

• Tickets and merchandise are not yet on sale. When they become available, sales will be handled by third-party ticketing and payment providers, and refund, exchange, and transfer terms will be set at the point of sale.
• Entry requirements — including any age policy, ID checks, and bag checks — will be posted ahead of the Event and enforced at the door.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove, anyone whose behavior endangers others or violates venue rules, without refund.

4. Photography & recording

The Event is photographed and filmed. By attending, you consent to appearing in photos and recordings that may be used for promotional purposes.

5. Intellectual property

All Site content — including the EmpowHER Festival name, logo, and artwork — is owned by Madewell Productions or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and the Event are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or attendance at the Event.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced on the Site.
